Natural Health Marketing

If you're trying to get more clients for your local natural health or alternative health business ... or you're trying to sell your nutritional or wellness products online to a nationwide audience ... or even if you're trying to sell by direct mail ...

Wouldn't it help to have a partner who knows the industry (including the legal side), wants to see you succeed ... and has already done it himself?

You see, I ran a natural health clinic for a time and had our center featured in two front page articles in local newspapers. I also dominated the search engines for the products and services we offered. And I knew how to write ad copy that would get people calling for more information.

While I discovered that I didn't want to run a practice, I haven't lost my passion for natural health or helping those who are promoting this kind of wellness. My wife is still a nutritional counselor and I continue to study health (including alternative modalities) and write about it.

There are so many tools and techniques you can use to build awareness and drive inquiries and sales, and unless you've spent time on marketing, you're probably missing out on a ton of business. For instance:

  • Do you have a website that's getting found when people type in related keywords. For instance "your city state and expertise" should bring you up on the first page of search results ... and possibly on a map. Are you there?

  • Do you use the power of video marketing for search engine positioning and forming connections with prospects and clients?

  • Do you sell products directly from your website to supplement (no pun intended) the income of your services if you're a service provider?

  • Do you have an affiliate program to help you move products? Do you have marketing tools for those affiliates to use?

  • Do you understand copywriting techniques and how to show the right kinds of benefits to readers? Do you know how to use a headline, a sub-head, and a P.S.?Do you focus content to specific problems or try talking to everyone at the same time? Do you focus on reaching the right audience?

  • Do you know and use the power of education over sales pitches?

  • Do you track results with online analytics, or with multiple phone numbers, or even by asking people where they heard about you?

  • Are you aware that there are lots and LOTS of ways to marketing for little or no cost at all?

These are just the tip of the iceberg of course. But I hope they get you to reflect on what you're doing with your marketing ... and whether you ought to be asking for help.
