Total Web Solutions Terms Dated 11/23/2011

By hiring mccardellwrite to build my website, I understand that I am making a minimum 12-month commitment, and that my credit card will automatically be charged today and every month until I cancel. I understand that I may not cancel before making 12 payments.

After meeting my commitment, I may cancel at any time. I understand that, if I cancel, I may take my written content for any other website I choose to build or have built, but that the website created by mccardellwrite will be taken offline at the end of any paid billing period.

I also understand that my payment each month covers the cost of hosting (keeping my website live) and basic maintenance of my website (up to 30 minutes of work per month toward requested changes of text or images that I provide). This maintenance does not include work on new pages or text written for me, although these services are available for one-time fees.

My monthly payment may also include social media posting and/or blog entries written on my behalf, depending on the package I choose.

I understand that my payment today only begins the process of getting my website built. Sites are built on a first-come, first-served basis, and timing will depend in part on other projects already in queue and on how quickly I provide feedback and approve or request changes to the work. mccardellwrite agrees to work at an honest pace, and typically expects to have a site built and approved within 3 weeks -- often much less. It is my responsibility to ask whether other jobs are in queue prior to making payment if this is important to me.

Finally, I understand that I may request a refund for my payment and may cancel this agreement only within 30 days of my initial payment and only if work on my website has not begun.
