Business Writing Services
A central part of lowering marketing costs, getting more TARGETED traffic to your business (whether local or national), and reaching people where they now look for businesses (online) is developing an extensive ONLINE marketing effort.
The Internet is the one place where distribution is all but free and where you can track your marketing results with detailed statistics. You can accomplish all of this by producing online content -- and the more the merrier.
Of course you can do this on your own, but if you prefer focusing on your business and letting someone else handle your Internet marketing efforts, that's an area where I can come in handy. As the founder of mccardellwrite, I've been writing professionally since 2001 and can produce quality writing that targets both search engines and live visitors at the same time.
And by the way, I NEVER outsource this work, so you'll never get a rookie on the job!
Here are areas where I can help:
- Improving and expanding your website content. This gives visitors more of what they're looking for on your site; converts more sales; and boosts free traffic from search engines.
- Writing articles on your behalf and getting them into print or posted widely online.
- Developing feature stories on your business that you can place as advertorials in print or online.
- Getting you exposure through press releases that are distributed online (further boosting search engine rankings), to local media contacts, or through Tier-1 newswires.
Now let's talk about a win-win situation. This is kind of hard to explain, because most businesses don't work this way. But if you understand this, you'll see why we can make a great team.
The fact is, I love doing this kind of work. And because I love it, I actually keep my rates quite low for the quality of work you'll get! If you hired me for something I don't like -- copy editing, for example -- I'd charge you more than others who are equally qualified. But for the services I offer on this site, you'll find that I offer better quality at lower prices. And it's just because I love getting these jobs and surprising clients with results.
Let me expand a moment on that issue of quality. You know they say that you get what you pay for. But with freelancers, that's not always the case. For instance, I know a press release service that charges nearly $300 to write a press release. Their releases are pretty good, although I still wouldn't call them great. And they're twice what I charge for a release. So paying more doesn't mean you're getting a better product.
Sometimes, though, you do get what you pay for. I know a press release service that charges less than $100 for a press release, but I've seen samples of their work, and I think it's garbage. I would never pay for it. Unfortunately, small business owners don't always know how to judge the quality of the work, so those writers stay in business.
VALUE CHALLENGE
If you have questions about the quality of a sample you've been shown, send it to me and I'll give you some feedback at no charge. Because I'll bet that when you compare the quality of my work with theirs, and you compare our prices, you will see that I offer an outstanding value, and we can form a nice team together.
Below is a list of services I provide. By clicking on them, you can learn more details about each one. Some list specific pricing while others involve many factors for quoting purposes. I invite you to get in touch to ask about my rates for your project.
